The Aditya Wireless Bore-to-Tank Water Level Controller is an advanced intelligent pump automation system designed to automatically manage water transfer from borewell to overhead tanks.

Using solar-powered wireless sensors, intelligent motor protection, and industrial-grade electronics, the system ensures safe, reliable, and efficient water management for homes, apartments, farm houses, and commercial buildings.

Unlike traditional wired controllers, this system eliminates long wiring and provides long-range wireless monitoring with automatic motor protection.

Automatic Tank Level Management

The system continuously monitors the overhead tank water level and automatically operates the motor.

Tank Level Monitoring

The controller monitors four water levels:

• 25% Level
• 50% Level
• 75% Level
• 100% Level

Automatic Motor Operation

• Motor starts automatically when tank level drops below 50%
• Motor stops automatically when tank reaches 100%

This ensures the tank remains filled without manual intervention.


Intelligent Water Flow Detection (Dry Run Protection)

After the motor starts, the controller verifies whether water is actually reaching the tank.

If water is detected

• Motor continues running normally

If water is NOT detected within 1 minute

The system automatically stops the motor to prevent pump damage.

Indications

• Motor ON LED turns OFF
• Red warning LED turns ON
• Beep alert every 10 seconds

This feature protects the pump from dry running and burning.


Smart Power Recovery Protection

When power supply returns after a power failure:

• Controller gives a 2-second beep alert
• Motor start is delayed for 1 minute

Purpose

• Confirm power stability
• Prevent motor damage from voltage fluctuations

Only after confirming stable power will the motor restart.


Manual Tank Filling Option

If the tank level is above 50% and the user wants to fill the tank manually:

Press the NEED Button

Result

• Motor starts immediately
• Motor automatically stops at 100% tank level


Motor Operation Indicators

The controller provides clear visual indication of pump activity.

During motor operation

Motor ON LED glows
Rotating LED indicators around motor symbol show pump activity

This allows users to easily confirm motor operation.


Maintenance & Manual Controls

The controller includes service and manual operation switches.

Dry Run Bypass Switch

Allows temporary bypass of dry run protection during maintenance.

Tank Full Test Switch

Used to test the 100% tank level sensor and device health.

Manual Motor Start Switch

Allows manual motor operation whenever required.


Industrial Sensor Connector System

The controller uses a 10-Pin Industrial Green Connector for sensor wiring.

Even after low battery warning, the system continues operating for approximately 15 days, allowing sufficient time for battery charging or replacement.


Wireless Signal Monitoring System

The controller continuously monitors wireless communication with the sensors.

Signal Communication Interval

Tank sensor signal every 10 seconds
Sump sensor signal every 15 seconds


Wireless Signal Indicator LEDs

Good Signal Indication

• Tank communication: White LED blinks every 10 seconds
• Sump communication: White LED blinks every 15 seconds


Bad Signal Indication

If wireless signal is not received:

Signal Failure Alarm

If any wireless signal becomes unstable or lost:

2 beep alert every 30 seconds


Motor Safety During Signal Loss

If signal loss occurs while the motor is running:

The controller automatically stops the motor to prevent unsafe operation.


Long Range Wireless Communication

The system supports long-distance wireless communication.

If additional range is required:

Wireless repeaters can be installed

For large installations:

• Multiple repeaters can be used.

Repeaters also display tank level signals.


Anti Cross Communication Technology

Each wireless controller system is programmed with a unique wireless ID.
