The Aditya Smart Wireless Water Level Controller is an advanced automatic water management system designed to efficiently control water transfer from a sump to two independent overhead tanks.

Using intelligent wireless technology, the controller continuously monitors water levels in the sump and both tanks and automatically operates the motor to maintain optimal water levels.

Unlike ordinary controllers that only switch the motor ON and OFF, the Aditya SmartFlow Controller provides complete pump protection, including dry run prevention, flow verification, signal safety monitoring, and electrical protection.

This makes it a highly reliable solution for homes, apartments, commercial buildings, and industrial water systems.

Tank Level Monitoring

Each overhead tank has two sensing levels:

Tank 1
• 50% Level – Low Level
• 100% Level – Full Level

Tank 2
• 50% Level – Low Level
• 100% Level – Full Level

Sump Water Monitoring

  • Low Level
    • Half Level
    • Full Level

This configuration allows two tanks to be used independently, making the system ideal for multi-floor houses, apartments, or multi-user buildings.

Automatic Motor Operation

Intelligent Motor Start

The motor automatically starts when:

  • Water level in any tank drops below 50%
    Sufficient water is available in the sump

Automatic Motor Stop

The motor automatically stops when:

  • Both tanks reach 100% level
    Sump becomes empty while motor is running

This ensures continuous water availability without manual monitoring.

Advanced Dry Run Protection

The controller includes multi-layer dry run protection to prevent pump damage.

Sump Water Protection

The motor will not start unless sufficient water is available in the sump, ensuring water level remains above motor suction level.

Intelligent Flow Detection

After motor start:

  • The controller checks whether water reaches the tank
    • If no water flow is detected within 1 minute, the system will:
  • Automatically switch OFF the motor
    • Turn Motor ON LED OFF
    • Turn Red Warning LED ON
    • Generate beep alert every 10 seconds

This protects the motor from:

  • Dry bore condition
    • Air lock in pipes
    • Pipe leakage
    • Closed valve conditions

Power Protection System

Intelligent Power Recovery Delay

After power failure, the controller waits 1 minute before restarting the motor.

This delay allows the power supply to stabilize, protecting the motor from:

  • Voltage spikes

Manual Operation Features

NEED Button (Quick Fill Mode)

If both tanks are above 50% but the user wants them filled fully:

  • Press NEED button
    • Motor starts immediately
    • Motor stops automatically when both tanks reach 100%

Manual Motor Start

A manual bypass switch is provided for emergency motor operation.

Dry Run Bypass

A dry run bypass switch is available for maintenance situations.

Tank 100% Test Switch

Allows quick system testing and sensor health check.

If signal is weak or lost:

    2 beep warning every 30 seconds
