The Aditya Dual Source Smart Wireless Water Level Controller is an advanced automatic water management system designed to intelligently control two independent water sources and two tanks.

The controller automatically operates pumps based on water levels, protects motors from dry run, monitors water flow, and ensures safe and reliable water supply for homes, apartments, farms, and commercial buildings.

Engineered with industrial-grade electronics and intelligent protection systems, the controller delivers long-term reliability, motor safety, and efficient water management.

System Configuration

Tank Level Monitoring

Each overhead tank is monitored using two water level points for accurate control.

Tank 1

  • 50% Level – Low Level Detection
    • 100% Level – Tank Full Detection

Tank 2

  • 50% Level – Low Level Detection
    • 100% Level – Tank Full Detection

Sump Water Level Monitoring

The sump storage tank is monitored using three water level points:

  • Low Level
    • Half Level
    • Full Level

This ensures safe motor operation and prevents dry running.

Automatic Motor Operation

Tank 1 – Sump Motor Operation

When the water level in Tank 1 falls below 50%:

  1. The controller checks if water is available in the sump.
  2. If water is available, the sump motor starts automatically.
  3. When Tank 1 becomes full (100%), the motor stops automatically.

Dry Run Protection

If the sump becomes empty while the motor is running:

  • The motor stops immediately to prevent dry running.

When sump water refills to a safe level:

  • The controller automatically restarts the motor
    • Tank 1 fills until it reaches 100%

Tank 2 – Borewell Motor Operation

When Tank 2 level drops below 50%:

  • The borewell motor starts automatically

When Tank 2 becomes full:

  • The motor stops automatically

Borewell Motor Dry Run Protection

The system includes advanced borewell protection with water flow sensing.

After the bore motor starts:

  • The controller checks whether water flow reaches Tank 2.

If Water Flow Is Detected

  • Motor continues operating normally.

If Water Flow Is NOT Detected (within 1 minute)

The controller automatically:

  • Stops the motor
    • Turns OFF green motor indicator
    • Activates red warning indicator
    • Generates beep alert every 10 seconds

The warning continues until the user checks the system or resets power.

Smart Motor Status Indications

The controller includes intelligent visual indicators to clearly display system status.

Indicators include:

  • Motor ON LED
    • Motor rotation LED ring
    • Water flow detection indicator
    • Error and warning indicators

These indicators allow users to easily monitor system operation.

Power Recovery Protection

After a power failure, the controller ensures safe restart.

When power returns:

  • Controller generates a 2-second beep alert

If tank level is below 50%:

  • The motor does not start immediately

The controller waits 1 minute to confirm power stability before restarting the motor.

This protects motors from voltage fluctuations and unstable power.

Manual Control Options

NEED Button (Manual Tank Filling)

If tank water level is above 50% but additional water is required:

  • Press the NEED button

Result:

  • Motor starts immediately
    • Motor stops automatically when tank becomes 100% full

Manual Bypass Switch

Allows manual motor operation during:

  • Maintenance
    • Emergency water filling
    • System testing

Dry Run Bypass Switch

Used during service or troubleshooting when dry-run protection must be temporarily bypassed.

Tank Full Test Switch

A built-in self diagnostic switch used to test:

  • Tank full detection
    • Controller health

Safe Sensor Connection System

The controller uses a 10-pin industrial green connector for sensor wiring.

    3 beep alerts every 30 seconds

Battery continues operating for approximately 15 more days.

Tank Sensor Battery Low Warning

When tank sensor battery becomes low:

  • Low battery indication appears on controller
    3 beep alerts every 30 seconds

Wireless Signal Monitoring

The controller continuously monitors wireless communication.

Signal update frequency:

  • Tank signal – every 10 seconds
    • Sump signal – every 15 seconds

If signal is not received for 1 minute:

The controller activates signal loss protection:

  • Warning beep every 30 seconds
    • If motor is running, motor stops automatically

This prevents pump damage.

Intelligent Signal Loss Motor Protection

If wireless communication fails while the motor is running:

  • The controller automatically stops the motor

This acts as an AI-based motor protection feature.

Long Range Wireless Technology
