Intelligent Dual Tank Management

The controller supports two independent overhead tanks.

Tank Sensors

Each tank uses two level sensors:

Tank-1

• 50% Level Sensor
• 100% Full Level Sensor

Tank-2

• 50% Level Sensor
• 100% Full Level Sensor

Working Logic

• If any tank level falls below 50%, the controller automatically starts the motor (only if sump water is available).
• The motor fills both tanks simultaneously.
• When both tanks reach 100% level, the controller automatically stops the motor.

This ensures continuous water availability for both users without manual operation.

Sump Water Protection System

The sump includes three water sensing levels:

• LOW Level
• HALF Level
• FULL Level

The controller allows motor operation only when sufficient water is available in the sump.

If the sump becomes empty while the motor is running:

• The controller automatically stops the motor
• Prevents pump dry running and motor damage

Automatic Restart Function

When the sump water level rises again:

• The controller automatically restarts the motor
• Continues filling the tanks
• Stops only when both tanks reach full level

This ensures fully automatic water management.

Advanced Dry-Run Protection

To protect the pump motor from running without water:

After the motor starts:

• The controller checks for water flow detection in the tank.

If water is not detected within 1 minute:

The system automatically:

• Stops the motor
• Motor ON GreenLED turns OFF
• Red Warning LED turns ON
• Alarm beep every 10 seconds

This alerts the user to check:

• Pump condition
• Foot valve
• Pipeline blockage

This feature prevents motor burning due to dry running.

Motor Safety – Sump Level Protection

The system ensures that minimum water level is available above the pump suction (approx. 0.5 feet) before allowing motor operation.

Benefits:

• Prevents dry suction
• Prevents motor overheating
• Extends pump life

Power Failure Recovery Protection

When electricity returns after a power failure:

• The controller gives a 2-second beep indication

If any tank is below 50% level:

• The controller waits 1 minute before starting the motor.

This delay protects the motor from:

• Power fluctuations
• Voltage spikes
• Frequent power switching

Manual Tank Filling (NEED Button)

If both tanks are above 50% level, but the user wants to fill them completely:

Press the NEED Button

The controller will:

• Start the motor immediately
• Fill tanks to 100% level
• Stop automatically

Motor Running Indication

When the motor is running:

• Motor ON LED glows
• Rotating LED indication around the motor icon

This clearly shows that the pump is actively running.

Professional Sensor Connection System

The controller includes an Industrial 10-Pin Green Connector for sensor connections.

Used for connecting:

• Sump sensors
• Tank sensors
