The Aditya Smart Automatic Water Level Controller – Sump to Tank Model is an intelligent automatic pump control system designed to manage water transfer from the underground sump to the overhead tank.
The controller continuously monitors both tank water level and sump water availability and automatically starts or stops the motor when required.
Built using industrial-grade electronic components, advanced sensing technology, and multiple protection features, the system ensures safe pump operation, prevents water overflow, protects the motor from damage, and provides reliable automatic water management.
This controller eliminates manual pump operation and ensures safe, efficient, and fully automatic water supply.
The controller automatically manages pump operation based on tank and sump water levels.
• When the tank water level drops below 50%, the controller checks the sump water level.
• If sufficient water is available in the sump, the motor starts automatically.
• The motor runs until the tank reaches 100% (Full).
• Once the tank is full, the motor automatically stops.
This ensures the tank remains filled while preventing water overflow.
After the motor starts, the controller verifies whether water is actually reaching the tank.
If water is flowing normally
• The motor continues running.
If water is not detected within 1 minute
The controller automatically:
• Stops the motor
• Turns OFF the Green Motor ON indicator
• Turns ON the red warning indicator
• Generates a beep alert every 10 seconds
This feature protects the pump from dry running and motor damage.
If the motor stops due to low sump water or dry run condition, the controller will monitor the sump level.
When the sump water level returns to a safe level:
• The controller automatically restarts the motor
• The tank is filled normally
This ensures continuous automatic operation without manual intervention.
When power supply returns after a power failure:
• The controller gives a 2-second beep alert
• The system waits 1 minute before restarting the motor
This delay helps the MOTOR to :
• Confirm stable power supply
• Prevent motor damage due to voltage fluctuations
Only after confirming stable power then the motor start.
If the tank level is above 50% and the user wants to fill the tank completely:
Press the NEED Button
Result:
• Motor starts immediately
• Tank fills normally
• Motor automatically stops at 100% tank level
This provides convenient manual control whenever needed.
The controller provides clear visual indication of motor operation.
During pump operation:
• Motor ON Green LED glows
• Rotating LED indicators around the motor symbol show that the pump is actively running
This allows users to easily confirm motor activity.
The controller monitors four tank levels:
• 25% – Low Level
• 50% – Medium Level
• 75% – High Level
• 100% – Tank Full
The sump water level is monitored at three stages:
• Low
• Half
• Full
This ensures safe pump operation and accurate water level monitoring.
