Dual Source Smart Water Management

Unlike ordinary controllers that manage only one tank, the Aditya controller intelligently manages two tanks and two motors simultaneously.

Water Sources

Motor 1 – Sump Motor

Both systems work independently and automatically, ensuring efficient water supply at all times.

Intelligent Water Level Monitoring

The controller continuously monitors water levels using high-precision sensors.

Tank 1 Monitoring

Sump Monitoring

• LOW Level
  • HALF Level
  • FULL Level

This ensures the controller always verifies water availability before starting the motor, preventing pump damage.

Automatic Operation – Sump Motor (Tank 1)

When Tank 1 water level drops below 50%:

1. The controller checks water availability in the sump.
2. If water is available, the sump motor starts automatically.
3. The motor continues running until Tank 1 reaches 100%.
4. Once the tank becomes full, the motor stops automatically.

Sump Protection Logic

If the sump becomes empty while the motor is running:

• The controller automatically stops the motor to prevent dry running.

When water refills in the sump above the safe level, the system will restart automatically and continue filling Tank 1.

Automatic Operation – Bore Motor (Tank 2)

When Tank 2 water level drops below 50%:

1. The borewell motor starts automatically.
2. The controller checks whether water reaches the tank within 1 minute.
3. If water flow is detected, the motor continues running.
4. When Tank 2 becomes full, the motor stops automatically.

Advanced Borewell Dry Run Protection

Dry running is one of the biggest causes of borewell motor failure.

The Aditya controller includes real water flow detection.

If the motor is running but no water is detected in Tank 2 within 1 minute:

• The motor stops automatically
  • Motor ON Green LED turns OFF
  • Dry Run warning Red LED turns ON
  • Alarm beep sounds every 10 seconds

This ensures maximum bore motor safety.

Intelligent Power Recovery Protection

When power returns after a power cut:

1. The controller gives a power recovery beep.
2. The system does not start motors immediately.
3. The controller waits 1 minute to verify power stability.

Only after confirming stable power will the motor start if required.

This protects motors from:

• Voltage fluctuations
  • Sudden power restoration
  • Frequent power cuts

Manual Tank Filling – NEED Button

If the user wants to fill the tank immediately:

Press the NEED button.

The motor starts instantly and continues running until the tank reaches 100%, after which it stops automatically.

This provides manual control with automatic safety.
