The Aditya Auto Changeover Water Level Controller is an advanced intelligent water management system designed to automatically manage water transfer between borewell to Sump & Sump to Overhead tank.

The controller ensures continuous water availability, complete motor protection, and efficient water usage by automatically switching between sump pump and borewell pump based on water availability.

This fully automatic system eliminates manual monitoring and provides safe, reliable, and intelligent water control for modern homes and buildings.

Intelligent Water Automation

The controller automatically manages the entire water cycle.

Automatic Tank Filling

• Tank water levels monitored at 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%

Operation logic:

  1. When tank level falls below 50%, the sump motor starts automatically (if sump water is available).
  2. Water is pumped from sump to tank.
  3. When the tank reaches 100% full, the motor stops automatically.

This ensures the tank is always maintained at an optimal level without manual intervention.


Intelligent Auto Changeover System

The controller intelligently switches between sump motor and borewell motor to maintain continuous water supply.

Operation Logic

If the sump becomes empty while filling the tank:

  1. Sump motor stops automatically
  2. Bore motor starts automatically
  3. Bore fills the sump up to half level
  4. Bore motor stops automatically
  5. Sump motor restarts and continues filling the tank

Smart Sump Water Management

• Bore fills sump only up to half level

Advanced Dry Run Protection

The controller verifies actual water flow after motor start.

Operation sequence:

  1. Motor starts
  2. System checks water flow sensor

If water flow is detected:

✔ Motor continues running normally

If water flow is not detected within 1 minute:

• Motor stops automatically
Red warning LED turns ON
Motor LED turns OFF
Alarm beep every 10 seconds

This protects the motor from:

Automatic Restart After Power Failure

When power returns after a power cut:

• Controller gives power recovery beep
• System waits 1 minute before starting motor

This delay ensures:

Manual Tank Fill (NEED Button)

Users can manually fill the tank whenever required.

Even if the tank level is above 50%:

• Press NEED button
• Motor starts immediately
• Tank fills until 100% full
• Motor stops automatically
